Megan's passion for aesthetics began on a personal level -through navigating her own skin concerns and discovering how much the right treatments can impact confidence. More than a decade later, she brings extensive experience in medical aesthetics and a genuine love for helping others feel their best. At the heart of Megan's approach is the belief exceptional aesthetic care should feel accessible, not exclusive. A lifelong learner, she is constantly pursuing education, evolving techniques and the latest advancements in the industry to ensure Kallista clients receive modern, result-driven care.
Nicole has been part of Kallista from the very beginning. What started at the front desk, quickly grew into a passion for the aesthetics industry and ultimately inspired her to pursue becoming a laser technician. Now, she pairs years of firsthand Kallista experience with treatment knowledge and an ongoing commitment to education. She loves staying current with an ever-evolving industry, but her most important focus is the person behind every treatment - helping clients feel comfortable, cared for and more confident in their own skin.
For the past four years, Ashley has brought her passion for skin, beauty and personalized care to Kallista. She specializes in customized skincare routines and medical aesthetic treatments, with a particular focus on acne and anti-aging skin concerns. Known for her calm and thoughtful approach, Ashley creates an experience that feels as restorative as it is result-focused. She believes great skincare is never one-size-fits-all and loves creating individualized treatment plans that bring out the best in each client.

Brighton is a licensed medical aesthetician with four years of experience in laser aesthetics. She has a special passion for microneedling, particularly when working with clients who have experienced the lasting effects of acne scarring. Brighton finds fulfillment in helping her clients regain confidence in their skin and believes that the most rewarding part of her career is the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in their lives.
